Overcast and warm, maxing at something like 23C. Walked into town to go to library. Spent more than an hour trying to find out how to pay a tax, with little success. A website that is near impossible to find anything, then when I find that it will generate a form the website just supplies me with the message ERROR 0115 with no explanation. Of course, the on-line help – doesn’t. They give the pretence of being able to contact them, but all it actually does is search their site for whatever you say you have a problem with so I end up being shown pages with the phrase ‘error 0115’ on them.
